Virgin of Vladimir with Archangels Gabriel (announced to the Virgin she was to be the Mother of God)  and Michael  (chief of the angels and Defender of the Faith) serigraph icons in a wood Triptych Shrine.   Made In Greece.  The Virgin of Vladimir is the most beloved icon in the world.  The original prototype if this is ascribed to St Luke the Evangelist and first iconographer.  This icon is often refered to as the Virgin of Tenderness and is said to be instrumental in the conversion of the people of Rus.  A lovely portiable  icon shrine.
