Return Policy

Catholic-Collectibles wants you to be happy with your purchases, and we understand that you may occasionally need to return an item. For many items, returns will be accepted within 30 days of receipt. A refund or credit will be issued once the item is received. However, some manufacturers charge a restocking fee for items returned, other than defective items. For Bliss, there is a 20% restocking fee. For Roman, Inc. products there is a 25% restocking fee. You will need to obtain from us an RA number, as well as return instructions. You will be refunded, in cases where there is a restocking fee, your cost less the restocking fee. In such cases, the customer is responsible for shipping charges, and the receipt of the item back to the vendor whose address will be provided. If a customer cancels an order after the order has been placed, we will do our best to cancel the order with the supplier; however, if the supplier is unable to cancel the order, cost of intercepting the order with the carrier and/or shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

Defective or Damaged Items:

Please keep the original shipping container and packing material as this may be required for insurance claims, and contact us right away if there are any defects, damages, shortages or adjustments to the product/s. Please do not return any items without contacting us first and receiving authorization.

Authorization RMA Required

Please call us at 1-800-850-1959 so that we can issue an RMA number to include with your return. We will give you return instructions depending upon the type of item to be returned.

Conditions and Restrictions

Returned items must be new, unused, and include all original product accessories and packaging. Postage will not be refunded. Some items are subject to special return conditions or restrictions as indicated below:

Books: must be returned unused and unmarked

14KT Gold Items: Generally are non-returnable

Media Products: CDs, DVDs, audiotapes, videotapes, and software are non-returnable.
If you receive a defective disc or tape, please contact us to arrange for a replacement.

Personalized and engraved Items: All personalized and engraved items are non-returnable.

Special Order Items:

All special order items, made to order items are non-returnable. This includes sized rings, patron saint rosaries, and all other special order items such as made-to-order church goods.

Sale Items: Items on special sale or clearance are non-refundable.
